Come out to the nursery and see our 2008 plant selection and forest restoration. All open houses run from 9am-5pm. We are also open by appointment throughout the year.

  • May 3 Creating a Beautiful Garden the Natural Way. Hosted by the Toronto Region Conservation Authority. Margaret Dunn Library, Caledon. 10 am to noon. Public speech by Paul Heydon on Why Garden with Native Plants. Plant sale and draw for prizes
  • May 10 North American Native Plant Society Annual Spring Native Plant Sale www.nanps.org
  • May 10 Butterfly Gardens. Hosted by the Toronto Region Conservation Authority. Burnhamthorpe Community Centre, Mississauga. 10 am to noon. Public speech by Paul Heydon on Why Garden with Native Plants and Plants that Attract Butterflies. Plant sale and draw for prizes
  • May 10 North American Native Plant Society, Annual Spring Native Plant Sale. Paul Heydon will give a public speech from 1-2 pm on Why Garden with Native Plants.
  • May 31 Region of Peel. Unitarian Congregation Great Hall 84 South Service Road, Mississauga. Plant Sale and public speech on the Beauty and Functionality of Native Plant Gardening. Each attendee will receive free native plant seeds. http://www.peelregion.ca/watersmartpeel/outdoor/workshops.htm
  • June 20-22 Oakville Waterfront Festival. Two public speeches on Why Garden With Native Plants will be performed by Paul Heydon. A native plant demonstration garden will be built with the help of the patrons of the show.
